I’m excited to introduce a new part of Specialty Fabrics and More: in-house custom fabric printing. This means I’ll be able to take your ideas, colors and designs and turn them into custom printed fabric right here through my own business.

Whether you need fabric for shirts, dresses, weddings, special projects or larger wholesale orders, my goal is to offer beautiful custom options with personal service from start to finish.

50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED A 50% deposit is required before custom or wholesale production begins. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or shipping.

Custom Printing Requirements

PRICING & DESIGN COMPLEXITYWholesale pricing is based on the quantity ordered, fabric type, design requirements and complexity of the print. Specialty or highly customized designs may require an additional design/setup fee.

PROOF APPROVALA digital proof may be provided for approval before production begins. Once a design is approved and printing has started, changes cannot be made to the order.

COLOR VARIATIONSColors may vary slightly between the digital image shown on a screen and the finished printed fabric. Slight variations between print runs may also occur.

PRINTING TERMS & CONTRACT POLICIES

These policies help keep custom and wholesale orders clear, fair and organized.

1. ORDER CHANGESOnce printing has begun, quantities, colors, designs and other order details cannot be changed.

2. CUSTOM DESIGNSCustom artwork and specialty design work may have an additional fee. Design work created by Specialty Fabrics and More remains protected and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

3. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED DESIGNSCustomers are responsible for having permission or the legal right to use any logos, artwork, photographs or designs they provide for printing.

4. COLOR VARIATIONSExact color matching cannot always be guaranteed due to differences in screens, fabrics, inks and production runs.

5. PRODUCTION TIMELarge wholesale orders require adequate production time. Estimated completion dates will be provided when the order is confirmed.

6. CANCELLATIONSDeposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased, design work has begun or the order has entered production.

7. PRINTED FABRICCustom-printed or cut fabric is considered a custom product and cannot be returned or exchanged, except when there is a verified production error on our part.

8. SHIPPINGShipping and delivery charges are not included in wholesale pricing unless otherwise stated.

9. PRICINGPrices are subject to change based on material costs, fabric selection, printing requirements and order specifications. A confirmed quote applies to that specific order.

10. COMMUNICATIONPlease respond promptly to proof approvals and messages to help keep your order on schedule.
