Custom Fabric Printing Agreement

This agreement applies to custom and wholesale fabric-printing orders placed with Specialty Fabrics and More. By approving an order and submitting the required deposit, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms below.
PAYMENT: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before custom or wholesale production begins. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or shipping.
1. ORDER CHANGESOnce printing has begun, quantities, colors, designs and other order details cannot be changed.
2. CUSTOM DESIGNSCustom artwork and specialty design work may have an additional fee. Design work created by Specialty Fabrics and More remains protected and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
3. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED DESIGNSThe customer is responsible for having permission or the legal right to use all logos, artwork, photographs and designs supplied for printing.
4. COLOR VARIATIONSExact color matching cannot always be guaranteed due to differences in screens, fabrics, inks and production runs. Slight variations may occur.
5. PRODUCTION TIMELarge or wholesale orders require adequate production time. An estimated completion date will be provided when the order is confirmed.
6. CANCELLATIONSDeposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased, design work has begun or the order has entered production.
7. CUSTOM-PRINTED FABRICCustom-printed or cut fabric is considered a custom product and cannot be returned or exchanged except when there is a verified production error by Specialty Fabrics and More.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERYShipping and delivery charges are not included in wholesale pricing unless otherwise stated.
9. PRICINGPrices are subject to change based on material costs, fabric selection, printing requirements and order specifications. A confirmed quote applies only to that specific order.
10. PROOF APPROVAL & COMMUNICATIONA digital proof may be provided before production. Once a design is approved and printing has begun, changes cannot be made. Customers should respond promptly to proof approvals and messages to help keep orders on schedule.
